what to watch this year ?

coen bro, dig their work & the way they dress themselves

2. kung fu panda
jack black, i won't miss anything with him

3. be kind rewind
michel gondry (eternal sunshine, sci of sleep) . wow!

4. the changeling
clint eastwood. he makes me like him more after watching the good, bad & ugly. if he was born 45 years later. he will simply be the most in-demand hollywood hotrod. his charm is so so indescribable and his subtleness just conquers me totally.

5. curious case of benjamin button
david fincher, can't miss this

6. james bond 22
daniel craig ! hooked on him since the layer cake

7. rocknrolla
guy ritchie, can't miss him as well

8. my blueberry nights
wong kar wai, gd stuff

9. funny games u.s.
michael haneke - luv his kinda thriller as in Cache - albeit you got damn pissed in the end due to the open ending

10 shine a light
scorsese does biopic on the rolling stones. ain't a fan of the stones but just curious about the combination

11. 88:88 minutes
with pacino in it. i whack anything with pacino. his role as don michael corleone is good beyond words.

12. sex and the city : the movie
could any gal resist this ? lol !

13. the happenings
i ain't a fan of shyamalan, his Lady in the Water totally let me down ! but this has got Zooey in it. why not?

smtg like the lil miss sunshine. i think i can get my hands on it real soon

15. cassandra's dream
woody allen, this old man is so hilarious, his jokes are oh so witty

16. righteous kill
another one with al pacino, together with deniro, why not ?

i suppose that's all for now. i wish they produce more cowboy flicks & indie musical flicks but it will be an exciting year ahead with the Ironman, Jumper, Star Trek, X-files 2, Narnia, The Dark Knight (oh so much hype about it!) , Harry Porter, Rambo, The Incredible Hulk, even the almost-forgotten Indianna Jones is back !

HAPPY NEW YEAR

So the Year 2008 has come.
I started the year with lotsa wedding whereby on the 1st Jan I was helping out as the bridesmaid and another wedding was on the 5th. Is that a good way to start the year ?
Not forgetting also I was fighting with the flu viruses at the same time, boring, and I took MC on the 1st day of work. That is so not auspicious right ?
I am still unwell now, argh !
I've not even sit down and draft on my NY's resolutions, I know that is so clinche, but one should at least plan something, regardless of whether you actually work towards your plan or not. heh.
anyway I hope all my readers, esp the 'married' ones a wonderful year ahead ;-p
